Picked up one of their hot and ready pizzas a few minutes ago. Must have been baked 4 hours before and sat in the warming oven until I was the sucker that bought it. Awful! Won’t spend another dime there.

Hot and ready should be discontinued at this store. Every time I go in there there is little to nothing “hot and ready”. This time I ordered three items off of the hot and ready menu and they had zero items in the boxes that usually have the hot and ready items.

They nailed it on the cooking... Trust me ask them to take it out 1-2 mins earlier is the best pizza in town. When they over cook it, it becomes average.
This should be the standard look for Little Caesars Pizza 🍕🍕🤤

Good sucks is really hit or miss . I usually have a good experience and they are friendly and fix mistake however tonight Gabriel was so rude and when I told the manager he didn’t seem to care so I will be driving into town if I want pizza. How am is shop to know you ran out Italian cheese bread boxes obviously when I pick up my mobile and see 3 pizza boxes I’m gonna assume it’s not mine I wasn’t rude but Gabriel looked at me like I was stupid and was completely rude to me.

Holy cow where do I start?
I ordered a large round pizza with two toppings on the mobile app and set it to be ready for 6:45pm.
I got an email that the pizza was ready and got the portal code.
I punched in the code and the door tried to open but appeared like the portal isn’t working right.
I told the lady at the register and she took the order out of slot 2. It wasn’t my order, it had someone else’s name on it,
Then she proceeded to look all over the restaurant for my order but couldn’t find it.
So now I have to wait for my pizza to be re-made while all of the walk-in’s ahead of me get their pizza first.
As I’m standing here waiting there have been about 5 other people with the same issue. The email said their order was ready but the cashier can’t find the order in the restaurant.
